Do you have a concern regarding treatment you have received from a Physiotherapist? If so we suggest you:

Discuss this with your physiotherapist if appropiate. They will often welcome your complaint as it helps them improve their standard of service or uncover a problem.
Write to or telephone the NZ Society of Physiotherapist Inc - they can help you with your complaint or query Ph (04) 801 6500.
Raise your concerns with the Health and Disability Commissioner's office instead of or in addition to contacting the NZ Society of Physiotherapists Inc.
